Thank you, Laura.

Like many of us, I've been struggling, looking ahead and trying to keep my sanity, humanity, and a shred of a positive outlook. Reading you shared story bolsters me. I'm going to enjoy an evening with family and few friends and try to spread a bit of cheer.

I hope you do the same!

Ya, it is ez to obsess about the what if’s, chew over all the crap you did that you knew you shouldn’t, to wish for a do over. Still you wake up with yourself. As I slide deeper into my 70’s and most of my life is in a fading rear view mirror, I find joy in the small stuff; a new bird feeder, a beer with old friends, even the way the bathroom looks after a new coat of paint. It is enough, it has to be. Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank you Laura for a great writer and a keen observer of the world as it is.

Back at'cha madam, with admiration. I'm not feeling inclined to tucking tail, and I'm thinking that's not you either.

Very thankful for the work and the writing that you've done; I feel like you 'tell the story' of what we are living through better than any other writer. Thank you.

Gobble gobble that chicken. I love your writing, Laura, and I am grateful to have found you what seems like a long time ago. May your heart be at ease, at least for this day.
