Loved your essay, Laura! We’re back to feeling like it’s a good time to be alive. Much work lies ahead, but the signs are pointing us in the right direction. Thank you for fighting the good fight!

Bar Age works better than barrage in social situations, which is what we've got in political forums and dipsy-do diplomacy. We simply cannot afford being confined to Vietnam-like carpet-bombing spectrums of response. We've yet to regain our humanity, apparently... Nor have we any slack left in dealing with the rolled-over and magnified fiscal deficits along with shirked responsibility to our own inheritors of deficits in place of stratospheric if airy surpluses taken by generations of malfeasant executive decision-makers so rarely held to proper account... Sincerely, Tio Mitchito DBA Mitch Ritter Terminal job-seeker after career spent financing Wage Stag-Nation, felonious over-compensation and Looting of Working Class Nation resulting In Inflationary Currency Devaluation.

Thanks. We've sure needed this sort of mystified purge of demonic political pedantry plus necessary perspective beyond maximizing personal profit and ancillary gain... Please to keep such whiffs of oxygenated bonhomie available on a nearby bedside coffee stand, as I suspect we'll be reaching for level-headed humanity and genuine camaraderie in heaping over-compensating quantities apportioned soon enough... Anticipatorily yers, Tio Mitchito aka TM

This is good, but the road ahead won’t be easy. The narrative that we must choose only one of two paths going forward is a losing proposition. We can break their balls WHILE we make things better. Make it all a part of the path.
